How do I return my order?
All return claims must be emailed to support
Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 4 weeks after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 4 weeks after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense.
Please consider the information below for the listed possible reasons for returns:
Wrong Address – If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our production facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you.
Unclaimed – Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to our production facility and you will be liable for the cost of a reshipment to yourself.
We do not refund orders for buyer’s remorse and size exchanges are not available. A new order, at your expense, would need to be placed for an updated size.
How do I cancel or change my order?
As soon as you place your order we begin processing it. Therefore, we are unable to change or cancel orders. Please visit the previous question and response on how to return an order.
I did not receive all the goods I ordered or received the wrong goods.

All products we carry and sell are “first quality” and free of major defects.

Can you ship internationally or process international credit cards?
Yes, we offer international shipping and we accept international credit cards. If you are having difficulty checking out, contact support for assistance.
Do you accept back orders?
We do not accept back orders.
Is there a minimum order size?
We do not have a minimum order size.
We are a school or government organization, do you accept purchase orders?
